If you would like to apply to be an affiliate, please follow these simple rules:
1. You must have a high quality site (domain or a hosted) with nice content. No more geocities, freewebs, msn groups, etc.
2. You must add me before filling out the form. If I don't see my button on your site when I go look, then you will not be added. I accept all sites. (do not say, 'I'll add you if you accept me')
3. Fan Sites only
4. I will reply to you if you are accepted.
NOTE: These rules also apply for Avril sites.
Currently, Top Affiliate is by invitation only. You can still ask, and if I really like your site, then I will add you (If there is already a site on the same celebrity as yours, then don't bother asking). You also need to have a domain and a lot of traffic per day.
