Here's a cute interview showing off the "Alice" collection of Abbey Dawn. Is it just me or is her voice a lot deeper? Maybe she has a cold but I like it like this!

It is deeper, and I've noticed that in her recent interviews as well as in the vancouver performance.

To be honest, I really prefer this way, it's seems like is was before. ''The best damn thing'' era is now over, so it's time for a change :P

I love avril, she is awesome in the video, and i wish this collection could be available in europe !

Marie she is singing Alice, and rumor has it, on a piano... Steve (her keyboardist) will be there so he might be playing it but I really hope it's her.

@ty- Avril is not from California, she's from Canada, I think her voice was a little squeeky during the BDT- but she is explaining her clothes here and is sorta mellow- anyway, she cracks me up- when that girl asks what would you wear for a date{ she says, "the shorts with high heels" LOL- Avril is so crazy and different, that's why I love her:)

Peter,I know she's not from California...but she moved to California,and maybe hanging around a lot of Californians changed her voice? Just a thought.
but I think she may have intentionally made her voice sound high for the record....cause in some interviews her voice would sound really squeaky and then some -she would sound like she does now.

I think she sounds squeakier when she's shy and nervous. I know a lot of people who do that. I'm the opposite..my voice gets really low lol.

@ty, oh okay, sorry I didn't realize you knew she wasn't from cali, but I see your point, you could be right. Anyway, she was very squeeky and mousy sounding during TBDT- maybe she was going thru a voice change? just a thought, but she does have a more full sound to her voice now, I am hoping the next record is a step up mature wise from TBDT- it was way too young for me

You're right, her voice does sound deeper! Interesting... kinda reminds more of the voice from when she first entered the public eye. ]
Not sure about the whole California thing Ty mentioned, but who knows?

she intended do make her voice higher on the TBDM era (note:speaking, not singing), not because she was in this voice change, simply because she was in that time that ''i'm a girl now, so i have to have a girly voice''.

that's my opinion. ;)

Wow, I didn't realize so many people thought her voice was so high during TBDT! I guess I didn't notice that much, because I remember after hearing her first CD and then seeing interviews of her, I've always thought she had a high voice.

I love this!! The clothes are AMAIZING!!!!!! Too bad I can't buy them.. WHY ISN'T KOHL'S IN CROATIA?!?!?!?!?!
