According to Avril's Twitter, she is currently in New York attending the first session of the Clinton Global Initiative's 2010 Annual Meeting! Bill Clinton founded the CGI to bring together corporate and charitable partners, non-governmental organizations, and world leaders to deal with the problems of global poverty, the environment, health care, and education.
