Remember how just a couple of weeks ago Avril tweeted behind the scenes pictures from this photo shoot? Now we have some of the final shots of the 2012 Abbey Dawn collection. Beautiful!

If you happen to be the in Las Vegas area from February 13-15, Abbey Dawn will be showcased at the Magic Tradeshow again this year, at booth #72302. Avril will NOT be attending this years show, as she is finishing up The Black Star Tour in Asia.

JUSTFAB.COM ABBEY DAWN PREVIEW SITE

JustFab.com launched their Abbey Dawn preview site with some photo shoot pictures, behind the scenes videos, and a chance to win a trip to Hollywood for the launch of JustFab.com's Abbey Dawn party! (but you have to be in the USA to enter).

JustFab.com's Abbey Dawn collection launches on March 13, and will only be available to order for those in the USA.

AVRIL TEAMS UP WITH JUSTFAB.COM

Avril Lavigne Announces JustFab Accessories Collection

Avril has teamed up with JustFab.com to launch her 2012 Abbey Dawn accessory collection MARCH 13with the items available solely through the Intelligent Beauty owned subscription service.

According to WWD, Miss Lavigne's Abbey Dawn accessory collection is comprised of twelve shoe styles and five handbags, with Avril telling, “Overall, the style of Abbey Dawn is rock ’n’ roll, so you see a lot of spikes and skulls and black. They are bold pieces. They make a statement. They are a lot of fun.”

Of teaming up with the Canadian punk rocker, President of JustFab.com Kimora Lee Simmons told WWD, “Avril, I feel, is such a punk rock sweetheart. She really has a distinct look, feel, flair and style, and certain elements of that, speaking from a design standpoint, will cross over and resonate with our members.”

Avril Lavigne's Good Taste

She is the quintessential rocker chick. It's not much of a stretch, then, that songstress-turned-designer Avril Lavigne's fall '12 Abbey Dawn footwear collection has a rock 'n' roll edge. Fall also marks the second season for the label's shoes, which this time are heavy on the animal prints and hardware. "My personal style is very Abbey Dawn. It's rock 'n' roll, but still cute," said Lavigne. "That's why I wanted to start my own line. I could never find [footwear] that was a combination." The 27-year-old also is honing her design skills in the beauty arena: She recently released 12 styles of Sally Hansen Salon Effects Real Nail Polish Strips featuring her drawings. And music is never far away, of course. Lavigne will tour southeast Asia and Japan this month and is in and out of the studio working on her next record. Here, the singer sounds off on her other favorite Canadian rocker and when she could have been royal.

Last vacation spot: St. Tropez, France. "I went with my girlfriends and we were low-key, on a boat every day."

Last book I read: "I don’t like reading. I’m way too A.D.D. for that. Maybe I’ll write my own book. I’d like to do that. I’ve been jotting things down along the way."

I never leave home without: "A hooded sweatshirt."

My biggest guilty pleasure: "Cupcakes."

Best city for shopping: "Tokyo. The style is so crazy and out there."

Best on-stage moment: Performing with Alanis Morissette in 2005 at the House of Blues. "She's a Canadian rocker, so she was always very inspiring to me."

I wish I could traveL back in time to... "Somewhere in France or England, and I’d be royalty"

The nominations for the 2012 Juno Awards were announced today, and our Avril is up for 3 awards; Album of the Year (Goodbye Lullaby), Pop Album of the Year (Goodbye Lullaby), and Fan Choice 2012! You know what that means?? VOTE VOTE VOTE for Avril to win! Voting will open soon, I will update when more info becomes available.

For those unaware, the Juno Awards are Canada's version of the Grammy's. Even though Avril is not currently scheduled to attend, maybe we can convince her by giving her the Fan Choice!
